IMPORTANT NOTES

The power that requires to turn on an old lamp is far less than a new lamp.

When you install a new lamp, the lamp timer should be reset so the ballast board can input more power for the new lamp.

If this is no performed, the new lamp would only receive enough power to turn on only for a moment.

Also, with old TV devices, a ballast board has to be replaced at least once or it can't provide the correct wattage and making the lamp to turn off or explode.
