800mW 520nm LD Module W/X-Drive & Glass Lens NDG700
Listing is for a single 700mW 520nm LD using the 9mm NDG700 green diode. Unit is upgraded with a high thermally conductive copper module for max cooling and stability. It is prewired with a 1.8A X-Drvie bucking LD driver and comes with a two element 520nm coated glass lens. The unit is ready to be dropped into your final project. No setting current or soldering diode to driver. Just place in heatsink and connect leads to your power supply. Input voltage range is 6V-9V. Great for use with two Li-Ion's or Lipo's. Suggest two 16340/18350/18650 3.7V Li-Ion's or 3.2V Lipo's. You can also use a 6-8V 2A wall adapter or bench power supply. The X-Drive is encased in the back of the model connected to the diode. Modules are wired with extremely flexible 26AWG wire that is burn proof and makes for very easy soldering.
