We perform this service at each of our conveniently located service centers, reducing turnaround and shipping times. For instructions, click on the link to the right called "Additional Product Information:".Heres how easy it is to exchange your worn CRL Vacuum Cups for like-new refurbished vacuum lifters:Send your old CRL vacuum cup to your nearest CRL branch location OR if you are a Will Call customer, you can bring your worn out vacuum cups to any CRL warehouse location. (Your old cup does not require the carrying case to be returned for the exchange). Your refurbished CRL Vacuum Cup can be picked up directly at the CRL warehouse location or we can ship the exchange cup back to you via UPS. In order to qualify for the Exchange Program, you must send or bring in your old cup to receive a refurbished vacuum cup.
