5.11 Tactical Thumbdrive Holster

The Thumb Drive Holster system was designed, developed and engineered by the Blade-Tech design team. It is has been thoroughly field tested under the most extreme combat field conditions by Kyle Lamb and his training team at Viking Tactics "VTAC". The Patent Pending Thumb Drive was designed to fit the needs of Law Enforcement and Military personnel who demand a tough durable and dependable Level 2 holster that will not fail them when their lives are on the line. Molded from Blade Tech's own proprietary super-tough material, the Thumb Drive Holster was designed to withstand temperatures in excess of 300º Fahrenheit and offer superior impact resistance in subzero temperatures making it a great choice for the most extreme conditions on the planet. The thumb-activated release mechanism is fast and easy to operate under extreme duress because it requires only a single natural movement to unlock and draw the firearm. As the hand comes down to acquire the "Full Combat Grip" the thumb is already in perfect position to disengage the Thumb Drive mechanism. Securely re-holstering the firearm is done simply by placing the firearm back into the holster with a slight downward movement to allow the Thumb Drive mechanism to re-engage and lock the firearm securely back into the holster. The removable Chop-Block attachment was designed to help prevent others from accessing the firearm in close quarter's confrontations where the threat of a gun grab is possible.
