4-20 mA Electrode Sensor Transmitter (pH 0 to pH 14) by EAI
The TRA-PHF-DIN is designed to transform the pH signal to a 4-20 mA current proportional to the pH level. The output is transmitted over 2 wires to a control device requiring a 4-20 mA input, such as PLC. The same 2 wires also provide power to the transmitter.
To avoid ground-loops the receiving device needs a ground-free input
SpecificationsDimensions: 80x70x25mm (HxDxW).
Mounting: Can be wall-mounted on small or large DIN Rail.
Enclosure Material: Green ABS
Protection Class: IP 50
Connectors:
* Electrode Input:
1 x BNC Socket
2 x parallel Screw-terminals "R" (one can be used to extend the reference to multiple transmitters) as reference input additional to the outer BNC connector (connected to the screen of the coax cable)
* 4 to 20 mA Output:
Screw-terminals marked "+" and "-". Wrong Polarity will not damage the transmitter and will not cause an electrical shortcut.
Power Supply: By powering the output loop with 12-24 V DC power supply
Load Resistance: Must be less than 200 Ohm for 12V and 800 Ohm for 24V loop-power
Input Impedance: Typical 1 Terra Ohm (10 exp 12 Ohm)
Input Bias Current: Typical 0.1 pA (10 exp -13)
Transfer Characteristic:
The TRA-PHF-DIN transfers full input pH range (pH=0 to pH=14) to the full output range (4-20 mA).For transfering narrower input pH range(pH=3.5 - 10.5) to the full output range (4-20mA). please see Amazon offer for TRA-PHR-DIN or see Help in Seller's details)
