The 3M Versaflo Powered Air Purifying Respirator TR-600-ECK is a is a compact, lightweight, easy-to-use PAPR for protection against certain particulates, vapors and gases. It includes everything required to get started. The kit includes S-433 Hood Assembly, TR-614 PAPR Assembly (includes TR-602N motor/blower, TR-630 Standard Lithium-ion Battery, BT-30 Length Adjusting Breathing Tube, TR-627 Easy Clean Belt and TR-971 Airflow Indicator), TR-6710N (HE) Filter for particulates and TR-6700FC filter cover, TR-641 Single Station Battery Charger, and BT-922 disposable breathing tube cover. This ready-to-use kit provides a simple way to purchase a complete PAPR system for use in operations where it is important to be able to easily clean the PAPR system. Suitable for applications such as pharmaceutical Manufacturing, health care, food processing, painting, and lead battery manufacturing/recycling. 3M Versaflo S-Series Hoods are designed to provide users with the optimal level of comfort. They feature wide face seals with soft elastic for improved comfort and reduced air flow noise. A comfortable stream of air is directed into the headgear which may help make hot environments more tolerable while reducing visor fogging. Breathing tubes feature the innovative 3M Quick Release Swivel (QRS) connection. Simply push the QRS end of the breathing tube into the air inlet of the headgear until it snaps into place. The breathing tube can be quickly removed with only one hand by squeezing the breathing tube clips. When combined with approved 3M Versaflo parts, the TR-602N motor/blower becomes part of a NIOSH approved respirator assembly featuring: multiple speeds, audible, visual and vibratory alarms and the capacity to work with a wide variety of head tops, filters and cartridges.
