3M 35928 is specially designed compounds and polishes to be used on OEM and baked refinish paints to remove sand scratches or to remove swirl marks from previously compounded areas. •Designed to remove minor scratches and light oxidation •It is also the suggested follow-up step after using 3M(TM) Marine Super Duty Rubbing Compound (PN09004). •Produces a high-gloss wet look finish •Contains no wax or silicone 3M 5954 is recommended for heavy aggressive compounding of oxidized gelcoat and marine paint •Clings to paint surface - remains wet on the job with little or no mess •Maintains high rate of cut with constant pressure •Buffs to high gloss with minimum of swirl marks. Can be used by hand or by machine.
