The 3B Scientific P10 human male patient care simulator model is used for medical training, including basic to advanced nursing, clinical, and emergency training. The model is flexible for natural movement of arms, legs, and joints, and has a flexible waist that allows the model to assume a natural, upright position when seated. The P10 model€s lungs, heart, stomach, and intestinal section are removable and fitted with drainage seals for unobstructed cleaning. The model has a watertight bladder and intestinal section that are connected to the external genitals for demonstrating catheterization, and six standard injection sites with injection pads for resistance to wear. Anatomical models are typically used as educational aids in medical and scientific classrooms and office settings.

The following patient-care procedures can be simulated using the P10 model: personal hygiene, cleaning (removable partial prosthesis), lifting, mobilization, bandaging and wound dressing (including stump dressing), irrigations (eye, ear, nose, stomach, intestine, and bladder), injections (intramuscular and subcutaneous), naso-gastric lavage and gavage, oxygen treatment, artificial respiration, tracheotomy care, catheterization (male and female), ostomy care (colostomy), and enema administration.

The P10 is made of plastic for durability. The model measures 68.5 inches/ 174.0cm (H). (H is the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point.)
