Persian saffron is one of the most sought after varieties in the world. Hidden Villa offers only premium quality, purely organic, ISO 3632 Grade 1 Certified Saffron. As the lower portion of the stamen is traditionally regarded as offering no additional value, it is removed, leaving only the top portion of the stamen for packaging. Although this almost doubles the necessary flowers harvested for each gram of our Saffron, we can offer a product of superior quality to our customers, which will go much further in their culinary creations.
