This replacement key shell (non OEM) is meant for customers who have a working remote head key that is cracked or broken. You do not need to purchase the complete key if your remote functions are working normally. The blade is molded into the plastic head on remote head keys, so it must be cut to match your original key before you can use it. Once the new key shell is cut you can remove the electronic part from your original key, place it into the new shell and it will work just as normal.Please be certain that this is the proper key for your vehicle.

7.Just take the internal electronics panel and battery from your original remote and place them to our key shell, then you are ready! There's no programming needed.If you want an additional remote,you should purchase another panel and program it by a locksmith/dealer.
