21 MYSTERIES. The Brotherhood of The Seven Kings, Master of Mysteries (7 John Bell Stories), The Sorceress of The Strand (Madame Sara), Miss Cusack, The ... (Timeless Wisdom Collection Book 4340)
This volume contains 21 mysteries by L.T.MEADE and ROBERT EUSTACE, who together created some of the greatest characters in the British Detective Scene, like John Bell, ghost exposer; The Oracle of Maddox Street and Miss Cusack. This is the most complete collection existing in one volume, containing 20 short stories and one novel.
From the Meade-Eustace prolific association we are including the novel (Brotherhood of the 7 Kings) and 17 short stories (we believe we are missing only The Last Square and The Man who Dissapeared, which, very appropiately to the title, we have not been able to locate. We really tried!).
Also, from L.T.Meade with Clifford Halifax we included 2 short stories; and from Robert Eustace with Edgar Jepson we included the acclaimed "The Tea Leaf."
The complete list is as follows:
The Brotherhood of The Seven Kings (A NOVEL)
Master of Mysteries (7 John Bell Mysteries)
The Sorceress of The Strand (Madame Sara, Blood Red Cross, The Face of the Abbott)
Miss Cusack. (The Arrest of Capt. Vandaleur & The Outside Ledge)
The Oracle of Maddox Street (The Dead Hand & Fingertips)
Uncollected Stories (Followed, Mr. Bovey's Unexpected Will, Mr.Reid’s Terror)
Mysteries with other authors (The Tea Leaf, The Ponsonby Diamonds, Without Witnesses)
