The XL505 Multi-Purpose lock allows the lock to be used on almost anything. This particular lock can be used with or without the alarm feature, the shackle can be taken out completely. When inserted one way there will be a beep sound, this means the alarm is on. When turned around and placed the other way there will be no sound heard, this means the lock is without the alarm. Each lock is pre-fitted with 6 LR44 batteries.
