This linear motion rail guideway system is composed of a support rail and a shaft that is 12 mm in diameter and 2000 mm long, and is suitable for use in precision linear motion applications, such as in printing machines and computer numerical control (CNC) equipment. The aluminum alloy support rail is lightweight and has platform mounting holes and a second set of holes that run along its centerline for bolting the rail securely to the shaft. The case hardened chrome plated carbon steel shaft is resistant to corrosion and wear and the shaft diameter and length are specified for accurate fit. This rail guideway system is suitable for use in linear motion applications, such as measuring systems, printing equipment, and CNC tools.
